Al has been at Softcat since 2005 and been a key part of their SLT for much of that time in various different roles, including Sales Operations Director, Operations Director and currently Business Transformation Director. In this role Al is responsible for driving sustainable transformation; i.e. change that matters for the long term, to make us a better, more efficient, attractive, responsible organisation to our people, customers and partners.
