Awards Terms & Conditions



 

1.     All products and services must have been available in the UK after September 2025   .

2.     Companies entered must have been trading in the UK for at least 12 months prior to the entry deadline.

3.     Entry to the awards is FREE. The awards evening is taking place on Thursday 13 February 2025   . More details to be revealed in the coming weeks.

4.    Entries MUST be submitted by the deadline which is Friday 1 November 2024   . The onus is on YOU to ensure your entry is received in time, so it can be considered by the judges.

5.     Projects/programmes must have been completed between September 2023 and August 2024   and MUST be UK-based .

6.     You may enter one or more of the categories but MUST stick to the word count and if entering a video, please do stick to the allocated time. Remember it is ONE entry PER category.

7.     All material submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges.

8.     Descriptions of submissions from winners and finalists may be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may, however, mark certain sensitive parts of their entry 'not for publication' such as exact budget figures/financial results etc.

9.     The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate.

10.          If categories are not well enough entered, The Channel Company reserves the right to remove them from the process.

11.          The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry not meeting the expected standard of entry.

12.          The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after the judging.

13.          The Channel Company is not liable for any costs incurred by applicants in the evaluation and judging process.

14.          Entries not made through the online submission system will not be accepted.

15.          Shortlisted companies will be notified in advance of the presentation of the awards.

16.          The winners and judges commended of each category will be announced at the presentation of the Awards; under no circumstances will the details be disclosed before that time.

17.          All entrants should ensure the answer to the question: ‘Name of Company/Individual entering’ is correct as this will be published on the website should the entry be shortlisted. CRN/The Channel Company cannot guarantee amendments to the shortlist or winners list if the information provided for this question by the entrant is not correct.
