Steve is one of the UK’s leading experts on Net Zero Carbon (NZC) and climate change for business. He has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and during that time he has consulted and designed strategies for the likes of EasyJet, Volkswagen, US Department of Energy, UK Government and KFC. In the tech space his business Arete Zero Carbon has helped TD Synnex, Westcoast, Exertis Ireland, Softcat, Jigsaw 24, Stone Group and many others to develop their plans for decarbonisation. He has held senior positions with KPMG, Ricardo, Arup and the European Commission. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Liverpool and acts as MD for Arete Zero Carbon.
