With 35 years in the IT Industry working both for and with vendors, Clare is delighted to be Computacenter’s Sales Enablement Director for Europe and UK Sustainability Champion. Now in her 18th year with Computacenter, Clare has a wealth of experience in customer-centric roles at local, regional and groupwide levels. Her most recent post prior to building the European Sales Enablement function was Interim Managing Director for the UK&I business during 2022. Clare is no stranger to challenging, interesting, and rewarding customer conversations!

Clare is one of the founding Sustainability Champions for Computacenter, a role she shaped when supporting the development of Computacenter’s Sustainability Strategy. Clare helped set the standard for how we think about, talk about, and integrate our sustainability strategy into everything we do. She’s a passionate ambassador for all things ESG, and her enthusiasm is contagious. She works with our central sustainability strategy teams to share our approach with our customers, in addition to seeking customer feedback on how they want us to work in their ecosystem, and raising the bar for all of us.

Clare sparks conversations that lead to real action and has recruited champions from across the company who are now helping to spread the message, too. Her passion for sustainability shines through in everything she does—whether she’s presenting Computacenter’s Sustainability Strategy to customers, championing initiatives like our Circular Services Recycle for Good events, or using our volunteering days with her team to make a difference in our communities.

Clare turns frank conversations into meaningful action, and inspires collaboration and transparency. It’s this approach that builds lasting trust with our customers, people, partners, and communities. Clare firmly believes that collaboration at every level—across customers, partners and the wider industry—is essential to achieving a shared goal of “leaving our environment and society in a better position than when we started.” Her frank, relatable, and solution-oriented approach to navigating ESG and its challenges resonates deeply throughout the industry, making her a trusted and inspiring voice in sustainability.
