His specialities in the public sector span technology, digital and information leadership and transformation, communications and commercial development. David is the Founder of www.dwildeconsulting.co.uk , providing strategic service redesign, change and technology leadership for government agencies alongside multinational and UK IT companies to reshape and grow their businesses. He is also a co-Founder of www.government-transformaiton.com, the UK Government Transformation Magazine, undertakes Non-Executive Directorships in the NHS and Education sectors and is a Special Advisor to the Boards of www.north.tech and www.bettergov.co.uk.
