Ania is a sustainability professional with over 5 years of experience across the infrastructure and aviation industries. Her master’s thesis supported the London School of Economics in their research into the role of the individual in delivering sustainability projects from within an organisation, or the “sustainable intrapreneur”, and her current role at London Gatwick Airport is institutionalising sustainability and the airport’s Decade of Change strategy across the organisation.
