Nigel leads our Digital Trust Office focussed on how we enhance customer trust in our services, and the responsible use of data in the digital age. His remit covers Security, Privacy, Ethics, and ESG for our technology companies in Europe. Nigel is responsible for interpreting our risk profile and appetite across these domains and translating this into impactful governance change to protect the enterprise and build customer trust. The goal of the Digital Trust Office is to “Responsibly govern data and AI, Assure the sustainability and continuity of the Enterprise”. Nigel also leads our Sustainability practice for Rigby Group
