Virginie serves as the Global Sustainability Director - International Markets at Lenovo, overseeing the sustainability strategy and ESG framework for Lenovo's downstream ecosystem. In her capacity, she also spearheads the Lenovo 360 Circle, a sustainability-driven channel community.

Leading a team of sustainability experts, she supports the deployment of sustainability strategies and ESG programs, fostering a collaborative culture to expedite corporate transformation and facilitate knowledge and best practices sharing in the sustainability domain. With her team, she defines ESG Channel objectives and implements robust ESG data management frameworks to accelerate progresses and impacts within the industry. Virginie plays a key role in prioritizing ESG market needs, fostering collaboration across internal and external cross-functional teams to promote the adoption of innovative sustainable solutions for customers and partners.

With over 20 years in IT, she has held diverse roles at Lenovo, spanning finance, sales, operations, customer experience, and incubation business. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Virginie holds a master's in finance and an MBA in Sustainability Management.
