Vicky Withey is a senior director and trusted advisor with a distinguished career spanning governance, risk, compliance, sustainability and responsible innovation across technology-led and regulated organisations. She brings deep expertise in building enterprise-wide governance frameworks that strengthen resilience, enable confident decision-making and align innovation with accountability. Vicky’s career began in finance, audit and commercial analysis, providing her with a strong foundation in business performance, control and strategic insight.

She progressed into senior leadership roles across compliance, risk and governance, where she became known for delivering complex transformation programmes, embedding robust assurance frameworks and supporting organisations through rapid growth and regulatory change.

As Governance, Risk & Compliance Director at Bell Integration and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Vicky leads enterprise risk management, complex assurance programs covering AI, Security, Business Continuity, Health and Safety, and Sustainability. Vikcy has played a pivotal role in shaping Bell’s sustainability strategy, integrating ESG into governance, culture and operations, and establishing clear strategic priorities, critical success factors, and performance metrics. Her leadership has contributed to Bell being shortlisted for five CRN Sustainability Awards in 2026, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
